I can always count on Heno and his team, from office manager Mike to each of the mechanical staff, to act professionally, respectfully, and pleasantly, and to skillfully take care of whatever issue I am there for, with utmost care. These guys take pride in what they do. There have also been a couple of times recently, when they could have made good money and just fixed something, but Heno advised me to call the dealership to see if I was still under warranty, and five years after purchase, I still had a warranty. I had no recollection of that! I sincerely appreciate him and his staff and recommend them 100%.

They lied and tried to sell me services I didn’t need. They said my rear brakes were at 3mm and needed to be replaced immediately along with my fluid. Took it to my local shop after driving another 1200 miles and they let me know the pads didn’t need to be replaced yet (>4mm left) and the brake fluid was perfectly clean. They also claimed my transmission and power steering fluids needed to be changed but I have not verified those yet.

These guys are the best. High quality and quick work. Transparent and reasonable. Have been taking my car to them for a couple years now and never felt like I paid for something I didn’t need. And the warranty on major repairs is great.
