I’ve always been weary of certain professions including mechanics. Being a woman, not having much knowledge about cars and bad experiences with dishonest or negligent mechanics, makes me uncomfortable. But Henno, the owner here has proven himself honest and trustworthy; recently a bunch of lights went off on my Subaru. Jenni patiently explained everything to me; it was potentially going to cost me more than $1600- Henno, before putting the car through diagnostic, guessed it was a faulty designed coolant valve. He also asked if I had extended warranty. I had totally forgotten that I did because I bought the car in 2019. Long story short, because of Henna, Subaru towed my car on my warranty, diagnosed it without charge finding out that indeed, Henno was guess was correct and they dealership fixed it without any charge on my warranty. Jenni also warned me to make sure to ask for a loaner car or they would have no incentive to fix the car promptly. This was a tremendous help to me. He also offered that he would answer any questions if I did not understand what the dealership may diagnose. Also, the other people who work there are always respectful and professional. I recommend this business- I trust them.
