I always go see Hano for auto care and have for 6 years and two cars—even though I live on the Westside! Prices are super reasonable and the whole staff is kind and knowledgeable. They’ve really disrupted my stereotypes of how mechanics treat women on their own—they’ll take the time to explain why they recommend the repairs they do, why they use the quality of materials they do, and help me to prioritize repairs that are necessary for safety if I have to delay things for budgetary reasons. Maybe this is an unusual thing but Hano’s even given me a ride in a pinch and they let me use office space at the facility when I had to take a private phone call. Above and beyond, good hearted hard-working people.

I had a rattling a/c problem. He tried to lie that he didn't immediately know there was vermin in my vehicle i requested he do nothing unless I could good estimate under $400; waiting hours with no call I decided to check he proceeded to tell me everything was going to cost 1,000 plus in costs after not calling me all day I YouTube the repair 4 screws and 5 mins remove then rat clean. Anyway don't bother even diagnosing here, your money can be used anywhere better. TLDR: wasted time and money they are mechanics that grift
