I came to this service 8 November and made appointment at 10 november at 12:00 o’clock. When i arrived 10 november at 11:54, i saw that they was so busy, i told them “yo, i have an appointment what’s going on?” they told me please give us the key and you can come in 2 hours. when i came at 2:20 pm i saw that no one do with my car yet. when i asked why they told me “wait 40 more minutes” but i saw they had 6-7 cars in the line. No recommended this car service. At first time they wanted take from me 150$ for alignment. More services wants 90, 100-125$ not more for this

Mike was friendly, professional, and very communicative. My car needed so many repairs, and he walked me through all of it. I felt well taken care of, so did my Volvo!

Great experience with York Auto Care! They came highly recommended by a friend so I called on a Friday with a check engine light and they were able to accommodate me the next day, on a Saturday. They ran a quick scan, but my car needed further diagnostics. They gave me an estimate, and I was on my way. When my car was ready on Monday, they said they had changed something out, but there was no charge, and it was on them. “What??! “ I had to ask twice to clarify. I was so surprised and beyond grateful! I did have my windshield wiper replaced and they topped off the wiper fluids. I’m ready for winter! They went above and beyond any of my expectations, which is so uncommon these days. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be a returning customer. I already have several friends and family who are going to use them in the near future. Thanks again York Auto Care!
