After buying three batteries from Heno, he creatively designed an anti-theft battery bracket that made it impossible for the thieves to steal my battery. It was experimental and IT WORKED! It has been many years since I received such great customer service as York Car Care offered. We chose them simply because they are in our neighborhood, and what good fortune that is. They were concerned that the towing service had not arrived after several hours and sent their mechanic to check on the problem after the car could not be jumped. Consequently they were prepared when the car finally arrived. First they asked me to check if it is still covered by warranty as they did not want to charge me if the warranty was still in effect. It was not. They were super methodical and checked all the systems, replaced the battery and recommended work that would need to be done in the near future. All of these services were offered with courteousness and clear explanations. It didn't matter how busy they were, they managed to make me feel like an important customer. I have told several people about my experience and plan to return. Thank you
