Heno, the owner, is great. He is patient in explaining what is wrong, and understand when people have a budget. He will make recommendations on what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. He is honest and has great prices. I have been taking both of my cars (Toyota Camry and Honda Fit) to him for a couple of years. On my most recent visit, the cost came in well under what was quoted because he was able to get cheaper prices for some parts and passed that savings on to me.
